This lapel pin features authentic steel from the original Golden Gate Bridge pedestrian handrail, installed in 1937 and removed in 1993. The historic bridge steel comes from the same handrail material we use to create our furniture, art, and other designs.

Each piece of bridge steel is cut, shaped, and finished by hand in our San Francisco metal studio, then finished in International Orange, the official color of the Golden Gate Bridge.
